The Legendary Yacht Club is an existing structure that underwent a significant renovation as designed by DAG Architects of Destin, FL. The renovation for Legendary significantly expanded the amenities offered to member of the Legendary Yach Club on the marina property adjacent to the Mid-Bay Bridge in Destin.
The new facility features a new ship’s store, dining room and kitchen, a fitness and locker area, and a marina bar and lounge. A central porte-cochere will leads to an outdoor area featuring an infinity-edge pool, cabanas, children’s play area and a pool bar overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay.
Products provided by Good Millwork and installed by COREstruction: Exterior stain and paint grade doors, exterior ipe wood handrails and decking, western red cedar trellis, stain grade coffered ceiling, architectural wainscotting and running trim along with miscellaneous built-ins and interior doors.
