Beautiful house with great attention to small details. Part of Rosemary Beach’s visual success is how the houses play against each other-all different but speaking the same design and materials language. This house could have been built 300, 200, 100 years ago yet looks fresh and contemporary. I especially like the second floor public rooms. The living room reminds me of a Venetian palazzo’s piano nobile. Eric Watson’s a genius.

Just judging from the outside I never would have guessed that the interior was in such a charming spanish colonial style. Exquisite combination of modern architecture and classic interior design.

That’s a truly beautiful house! I love the exterior more than the way it looks inside, it looks a little bit cramped inside but I guess that’s just down to the personal taste of the owners. But it’s really gorgeous, I love the layout of it.
