We’re proud to announce the BETA release of our new Molding Search Widget. In the spirit of collaborative development we’re looking for your feedback as we continue to tweak, adjust and further tune-up this application for our customers, architects, designers and specifiers.
The Molding Search Widget was cobbled together (remember we’re wood guys, not programmers…be easy) to assist our customers, architects, designers and specifiers in finding the molding profiles they want, the way they want to find it and fast as we can possibly serve it up. All molding profiles are available for full scale preview with AutoCAD files available for immediate download (no strings attached). Moldings not found in our database can be matched in 24 hours.
We have over 200 woods species available with orders packed and shipped daily. There are no order minimums and we’re currently servicing customers in Hawaii to our West, New York to our East and Miami to our South. If wood isn’t your thing, we offer all profiles in polystyrene (fancy word for foam), cured polyurethane (aka flexible plastic) and polyvinyl chloride (recycled cellular pvc).
How do you get started? Use and abuse the Molding Search Widget. If you don’t find what you need, pick up the phone and give us a call at (888) 209-9307 or drop us a note if it’s easier for you. We’re normal people so we try and get a couple hours of sleep so hang tight if your on the West coast working late night we’ll be back with you in a couple of hours.

I love this new widget! It comes in handy while trying to figure out exactly which pieces I may want! I love the profiles and available CAD drawings!
Emily,
Curious if you tried pulling the widget into your iGoogle account (see from your email address you’re a Gmail fan)? If you click the “Get&Share” button on the bottom of the widget you’ll have the ability to take the Molding Search tool and put into your iGoogle home page for future use.
I’m personally a Mac guy and have it sitting on my Dashboard for quick reference…comes in handy.
Best.
PS – Did you have any issues importing the CAD files? Always curious with all the available programs and operating systems…want to make sure we cover all the bases.
Hi, I love this widget! We redecorated last year and it’s taken an absolute age to find this blog again so I could say thanks, it made our lives much easier. I’m not a computer geek but I found it nice and easy to use and we found exactly what we were looking for!
