Is your crown moulding available in fir?
Mike,
Thanks for visiting the site…yes, we often produce molding from doug fir (along with a couple hundred additional wood species). Let us know the specific profile and how many linear feet your looking for and we’ll get you a quote put together quickly. Lead times are running 5-7 business days on orders…if you need sooner, we can probably squeeze it you in (will beg forgiveness from the plant manager).
If you have questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call. Look forward to talking with you in the future.
Best.
door frames too high in my hallway for crown moulding…what to do? or do not install crown moulding in my hallway..
thanks
mary
Mary,
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, we’re kinda new at this blog stuff. Depending on how much height you have between the top of your door trim and the ceiling, you can use our molding search tool to search for a crown molding by height to see what we have to offer.
But, probably the best thing to do would be to email us a picture at sales@goodmillwork.com or give us a call at (888) 209-9307. We’re pretty good at problem solving and with over 10,000 profiles available, my gut says we can figure a solution.
Best.
Do you have corner blocks for crown moulding? I’m looking for corner blocks in oak.
Thanks,
Mark

We don’t stock corner blocks; however, we can price having them custom made, order them from a supplier or supply matching wood for installers capable of making their own.
